This driver doesnt work for Windows98 i didnt check the earlier comments after spending lot of time trying to run it on Win98 i've come back and ppl here have already posted comments that this doesnt work but no one mentioned how and where to get it from.

yes it works thanks halfway there.the system still stops responding using 2000 sp3 ie5.00 sp3.its ok offline so thinks it must be the modem or chipset drivers.
