Where on earth is the dl button i've looked for about a half an hour now and this sucks

Installer won't work on Win2k. This ZIP file only contains installers for Win98 and WinNT. Even browsing for driver install through devmgmt doesn't install it from this zip file. No go for Win2k and above for this zip file.

bad choice try to search for the bigger downloads this installed my scanner but would only scan in 50dpi which is a bit naff to be honest try searching for a driver over 1mb in size that contains everything model of scanner mustek 1200 UB Plus
