Call me crazy but I can not stand WinME so I Formated C my HP XT914 and installed Win98se I know but I like 98's format. The Recovery disk works for most of the Drivers but not all. Like the keyboard. This Driver worked perfect for me. Thank you

This is a clone of a PC Tel HSP56 although said drivers are not compatible with this actual hardware. This modem is preinstalled in the Compaq Presario 5000 model 5BW250. This modem in general is a pain in the butt to install because it sucks so badly.
