I have not really tried to install it yet. But I am sure it will work just fine. I have had such great results with Driver Guide. I am convinced itsone of the most under rated sites on the net.

I do believe the network adapter is Taimag with a G instead of a C. So i wonder why the driver has a C...

Just downloaded the Necp24.exe driver file. It expands onto a 720k floppy which formats OK in a 1.44mb drive tried expanding onto 1.44mb floppydidnt work. Once expanded installed no problem installed onto Win98 OS. All works fine

boy thanks a lot ed. rockwell sure sucks in the consumer relations division all of their pages are down not to mention the fact that a search for their drivers or soundcard brings up a big list of links to sites having nothing to do with sound cards. The driver worked properly but NOTICE that you must run diagdiag.exe in MSDOS prompt to check the irq thats actually being used by the adapter irq 3 in my case. Then you should go to the Control Panel system devices to change the irq on Windows. This is mandatory and CONFIRMED. tested many times on 2 different computers a Compaq Presario 1200 and a Presario 1260 both running MS Win 98 Std and SEGO FOR IT NO PROBOLEM AT ALL...

Attempted to install on Presario 1245Severe error 1 Files were unable to unload from the executable. Too bad this is the one I needed I think.Used driber on Toshiba Portege R205S209 to run onboard Marvell lan it worked fine
