I had working drivers for this chipset amp video onboard but none worked. Downloaded from SiS amp got a few from Driverguide. This is the only one that worked sort of. I ran the executable amp it went about 34 through amp then generated an error. Restarted amp it showed the video being installed but not functioning. Went through the wizard again but show quotShow A Listquot option. I had 3 available amp chose the one listed as 530620 nothing about 5595. It took it amp it works. Yay.

I did install this driver on minepresario 1246 but dose not work.maybe i do something wrong.Please help.After installation i see no progress.Thanks

Works fine with Windows XP Professional. Just followed the instructions tha come in pdf format with the driver. Must uninstall previous Windows 9 driver installations. Use the canoscan setup CD and use the uninstall option.

Haven't tried it yet need to know if it's for the 128 RIVA 4 MB or 8 MB. There are multiple versions of it with the RIVA chip. I have the 4 and am unsure if it's safe to use the driver...

I unzipped it but couldn't get it to install. Kept unzipping and unzipping and nothing happened.

Though this is an aged drive OLD dvdram drive LFD210 the driver installed and worked perfectly the first and all subsequent times the drive was used. This is probably the first time I haven't had problems with manufacturers drivers and am well pleased with the efforts of the technical types at BTC.
