After installing driver and Update.exe there is no HP Parallel Port Test to delete. And after rebooting the Precision software could not detect scanner but we can see the scanner utility in control panel. Any ideas Thanks

Driver loads ok but a missing dll error pops up 3 times. even downloading these seperately failed to run the scanner.
