Did'nt work. This suck

Worked very well. Win98SE at first did not recognize the modem as a modem just as a device on the PCI bus. Driver both set up the modem and cleared up that issue. I installed by going to startgtcontrol panelgtSystemgtDevice Manager then clicked on the pci device then propertiesgtreinstall driver gtSEARCH then pointed it to the folder and it found it. Then ok through the install. Good luck.
