After I ran the .exe file I went to display settings and told it to update the monitor driver. I selected show list of all hardware and chose the suggested PB8528SVG driver. It works fine with 1024 X 768 resolution. A better Vid Card should help to get better color depth at higher resolutions.

Worked well with the on board graphics on my unbranded mini tower which has 2 chips one marked SiS 5595 the other PC100 SiS 530. 1010.

My XP system appears to be ignoring this driver and all other similar VIA drivers that I have tried to install so far. I am still looking. Also this driver had only an .exe program that installed directly I prefer to have a zip file that I can extract to a specified folder so I can then tell Windows where to go look for the files. That way I can easily see if it is actually recognizing them or not.

hi im a 12yr old kid trying to set up the network cause my parents are mean. and my friend gave me a network card and im pretty sure its the DFE528TX and he didnt inclose any cd or anyhthing when he gave it to me he just gave me the network card so i downloaded this file onto a disk and installed it on my other computer and when it searched for the driver it said no driver detected someone please email me or post i really want to set this up
