I started the install from the SB icon on the C drive where the file is placed after unzipping. The install indicator bar stopped at 18 percent. After several seconds the the Windows install window opened and I then installed the remainder from the window finding and clicking the location of the file on the C drive. Windows then promped me to shut down and reboot. I have sound and another control panel that came with the install package.

No s si soy la primera persona en espaol en tener tan mala suerte con los monitores COMPAQ pero esto tampoco funcion. Es viejo muy viejo.. SVGA COLOR MONITOR y vena con un PRESARIO CDS 660. En COMPAQ reconocen que lo tienen pero no se dignan tener controladores.

Monitor is Sampo 820 Alphascan 1. Am not able to select display resolution of 1024 x 768. Could you provide a specification sheet for this monitor or advise on max refresh rate for the different resolution settings.2. Have been unable to find a driver for this monitor. Occasional Ghost Screen Multiple Images tried with two different cards. Might work in some systems but not this one. Look for a more recent driver from matrox MGA.
