The File located here is NOT the file I uploaded last time. The file here only contains stac97xx.inf which will only install QSoundSigmaTel Stac97 PCI Audio and not any of the other choices above. If you need drivers for the other stac 97 types you'll need to go to www.pbnec.nlsupportitemnrREFFIUP02170100.htmleven if you have the QSigmatel this should work. I spent hours trying to figure out why my own instructions weren't working only to find out that somehow the file I uploaded has been replaced by another file.I suggest that the file above just does not go with the instructions I sent so OOKZ i think you ought to update it. My mistake. I downloaded the wrong driver. There was some confusion but they now recommend a driver that has an id 79453. However I'm having trouble finding it on your lists of drivers. please help so that I can download it.Walter Kooker

I've also come to this site several times and I almost always find what I need. If Dave is having problems downloading drivers maybe he shouldn't be tweaking his machine himself I have NEVER had a problem downloading a driver from this site. Thanks again Guys

I have downloaded these drivers but have no clue as to how to install them. I unzipped the file and clicked the .exe file. A DOS screen came up with several decompressions then stopped but when I went to check the drivers in the device manager the old ones were still ther. HelpThanks

I had to download this program to get the media quotrasdd.dlquot file. It also includes the dll version quotrasdd.dllquot However the quotdlquot media files does not work.
