Great It works with windows 95 and I needed it for windows 95.Buth its not compatible with windows 98.

Downloaded this driver after trying a bunch for a Creative Soundblaster AudioPCI 64V identified using Everest Home Edition. This was the only one to work for my NEC Valuestar VC667J3 PC running WinXP SP2. I also installed the other 2 files as mentioned in the Readme file. Seems to play audio files windows sounds without any problems. Thanks to the uploader I now have sound on my PC

It workedDid not work for a RealTec RTL8139 PCI Fast Ethernet NIC with XP. As others noted there appears to be no XP driver. Drivers only go up to WINNT in this package.
