I want some utility that can make a IRQ and IO address fixed on a RTLhp4l lan card can any body help.for eg. for 8029 card we have 8029init.com which when initialised at startup will keep the IO and IRQ constant.

This driver's utterly useless. Don't bother downloading it. No 4 channel support no 4 speaker special mode. Digital output even sounds... slightly odd.

Works fine. If you have problems because the downloaded data does not fit on 1 floppy just put the downloaded file in a separate directory and then execute the downloaded file. It will unzip then. If you then need to install the driver on another pc just create a directory on this 'other' pc and copy the files from the originating pc to the destination pc by transferring 'groups' of files using a floppy SUCCESS
