Worked great. I turned on PnP as Readme.txt suggests install .inf then follow item 3 for first timers. Don't forget set Conf. Manually check for conflicts and if there are none say ok if there are any take a different basic setting till there is no conflict.

Thanks for the driver. I have looked in a lot of places before finding it.It did not work for me but it might not be the driver.The hard disk on my Dell Latitude CPi failed and to reinstall I need to boot from the Windows 98 boot disk and put the 98 CD in the external CDROM.But the CDROM does not get setup properly. I downloaded this file renamed it to teaccd.exe and changed the config.sys line fromdeviceoakcdrom.sys D oemcd001 todeviceteaccd.exe D oemcd001 Now the boot just hangs instead of giving me error messages.great It helped me to solve the real problem
