As of now my XPHome upgrade is on hold until I solve the driver problems with my Hp842c printer. I'm back to Windows MEnot so terriblebut how do I do the upgrade should I uninstall the printerdissconnect the USB cabledo the reinstall of XP and then download the driver upgradeplease advise

Installed on client's old P100 machine that had a clean install of Win95b. The drvupd.exe process VXD at the end and now the machine spontaneously reboots during Windows Load. Boot into safe mode remove card from device manager and on next boot card reinstalls itself automatically using the new drivers but still VXD's. Also it appears that this driver adds a new list of Creative Labs devices to the system.
