I installed the Kyocera V3 driver and it acted as a modem when I connected the V3x phone to the my pc. Not exactly what I wanted. However I later discovered That I could change this in the phone menu. Simply go to the Connectivity option On the phone menu choose USB option and change the default connection from quotdata connectionquot to quotmemory cardquot. When you connect the phone to your pc you can now access the files on your phone. This works with the v3x model. I am unsure if it will work with the V3 model.

I have tried three times to download this driver and to get my printer to operate but to no avail. I highly recommmend that when you get a new computer back up everything and keep the disks or CD together in one location. This will prevent you from have the problems I am having. I still have no printer function.
