This file is just the .inf file whereas the f1156ivr9f9721.exe file I downloaded earlier was the complete setup which installed the sound .WAV driver perfectly on my ga6wmm7 motherboard. I was hoping this might get the MIDI working but still no MIDI as yet. I'd recommend the other file f1156ivr9f9721.exe for this chip's driver.

This driver will NOT work with xp it does not see anything in this file set as information pertaining to the scanner or a driver for it do NOT download this file SEND MUSTEK AN EMAIL WITH THIS INFORMATION AND MAYBE THEY WILL FIX IT

Aureal seem to have gone into chapter 11 bankrupt and their download page is gone August 14th 2000. This was the most recent driver on that page for windows 9598 before the page vanished.
