You can get this same driver from the Microsoft Support website which says it's for Windows 98 Second Edition. Doesn't seem to execute on nonSE versions. However you can unzip the .EXE and try rightclicking on the .INF files and install them. Still didn't help me but you can give it a go.

Thanks Sachin it works perfect with win 2000 professionaljust after installation I have loose my floppy disk and Windows 98 didn't started ...Very Good driver. It work powerfully more than my expectation

This driver will not work with the dxsc51. It will install but it says its for the 938293659685 only.

I went to Control Panel clicked on Modem and when it didn't detect my modem I clicked on Have Disk and pointed it to these .inf files unzipped. It installed very quickly and it works great. My modem has Cirrus Logic chipset CLMD5650DTSCC.
