Plainly when trying to run it's to selfextract but stops with the complaint that I don't have a diskette drive. I've been unable to bypass this.

Many of the drivers listed for the Encore modems are incorrect and do not work. Encore modems are not the prefered modem communication device for our organization since the QA is very poor.

I installed the zip file and it unpacked ok but the Windows 2000 os system never recognized it. Better to install it directly into the system drivers directory to ensure the driver install was recognized. Tried to fore it but still no luck.Tried to change monitor drivers according to readme.txt but window selections stayed greyed out. What next I need this driver. I have a CTX PL7A Color Monitor that I must use with a Windows 2000 OS.Tom

This file will only try to install to 18 and then it just stalls. Don't waste your time with this download.
