Clarence Make a bootable floppy disk. copy the file MSCDEX.EXE and the SYS file to the disk.Now if you made a bootdisk by this DOS command line Format a sthere will be an autoexec.bat and an config.sys file on the disk.open the config.sys file with a texteditor like notepad or with the edit program in DOS. add this line DEVICEA CPQIDECD.SYS D LTNCD001Save the file as config.sysNow edit the autoexec.bat file with notepad or edit for DOS.Add this line to the autoexec.bat file A MSCDEX.EXE D LTNCD001Save the file as autoexec.batNow leave the floppy in the drive and reboot the PC. when it reboots it will initialize the driver and then you can access the CDRom player
