This driver performed better than I expected as it wasn't written for my motherboard. ms6540g 661fm series. worth a try on others incorporating sis 900963 and Crystal Semiconductors 8201L.

Would not install on Win 98se system

when i install this modem it still does not work i get a error cannot read port name from registryand the modem properties indicate a com and irq conflict in dos mode but i cannot adjust the settings because they don't have a screen to do so
