The download page says it's suited for all win versions. It isnt.Attempted to install on a Toshiba Satellite with Win ME.ATI driver stupidity quottry to replace your current driver with a standard vga one before installing... or something like that.Tried that too. Same message. The previous driver was the standard ATI Rage Mobility packed with Win ME.Conclusion Shift Delete best ATI keystroke combo.

Works well. Thankyou. For those who's TVout function didn't work try loading the Composite Out connector by putting a 100 ohm resistor across it ie from centre pin to outer ring. Most TVout cards expect a load of at least this much. Worked for me. If that doesn't work try as low as 6080 ohms. Hope this helps.
