Installing had to been done from the hard disk and that went fine but for some reason it did not work. It worked fine according to Windows though

Ok I am not sure if this worked but it told me to reboot i did it got rid of the exclamation mark on my Primary IDE controller but my D and E drives are not available i cannot see them nor can my comp recognize them.Somone help me

this worked great. when setup first lanched it said that this was only an update and if i needed the full package i had to go to their website but i didnt have anything installed and it still installed the driver. it works great. highly recommended
