I'd really like to get this working. Under XP I first installed version 3.73 from the VistaScan CD. Then I doubleclicked the vs375u.exe file. I think that installed version 3.75 but I don't know how to check that. Then I doubleclicked the vs375u382.exe file. I think that updated the file to version 3.82 but again I don't know how to verify that. The scanner test is still failing. I'm not sure how to follow the suggestion of how to change the default Microsoft driver to the USB driver after the install. I can access the Device Manager and I can see the imaging device but what is the name of the driver file so I can tell Device Manager to change to it PLEASE HELP Maybe send me a personal email too Thanks a lot.

helloi don't recomend u people to download this driver.caz it really sucks... i used this driver for window 2000 but the driver is missing the inf file which is requied for windows2000.best regardsaghir
