iv got the gx2 and the tv out works fine i dont how ever have a tv out tab or a Ati tab but if u guys read the files on the net u relize that most of your problems are cause u need direct x installed and most of u prob have it installed anyway but if u have the card in there reinstall direct x and it should work i got it on 98 first time i can use tv out i just needed the drivers to set the colour more than 16 colours u can email me if u need help i'll try 2 but i just got it from a second hand store got the file at the Ati site and walla works

I have the ati9600 chip. I recently upgraded win98 to win2kpro. Computer says it is working properly buy no sound. Any suggestions Is there a win2kpro driver update

I reinstalled win 98 on this machine with an s510 monitor but since then the colors disappeared all together. Hope this driver works but please do mail me some comments and help. Thanx

I used this for a Compaq Deskpro EN 1 ghz which has a 240762001 motherboard with onboard sound chip 82801AA. The install did some stuff and then said I needed updates for Win98se. After rebooting I selected the card in Device Manager told it to update driver selected quothave diskquot drilled down to where the install put the smwdm.inf file in the ..SE folder and then it worked. I was using the quotGood Timesquot MPEG from the Win95 CD for testing and Edie finally sounded like she should.
