Why does it not work on windows MEit seems to install correctly the system recognize the plugplay modem and find the drivers but it doesn't work.What to doDosn't work with win98se at all

I tried this drive for the Conexant Riptide card for the PCI Simple Communications controller. I would not install. Incorrect driver.
