i have just upgraded to xp but the operating system cant find the scanner 9600300 all attempts to install have failed. is this because the unit is not digital please help

After downloading and unzipping I ran the setup for the win98 shutdown physically installed the hardware and restarted. Windows detected the device and installed the drivers. No problems.

I have to disagree of the other fellows I downloaded the driver and it requires several dlls and vxds from the windows 98 CD and these dllvxd are not in the CD
