I needed this to make a cheap TV card work. Beware of the TVR patch file though as you will only need this if you need a basic PVR function with your card.

The driver couldnt be of much use for the simple reason that one doesnt know how it has helped him. i thought it may show the phone as a another drive or something....but all it can be seen as is a modem....anyways the driver works....i dont know what one may use it for....
