I recently purchased a reconditioned Dell Optiplex GX100 for a friend. Installed Windows98SE. Graphics would only show in 16 colors. Everything pixelated. I downloaded this driver to my own computer burned the .zip to a CD took it to his house and unzipped it there into C WindowsDrivers. At the end of the install wizard I chose to restart the Computer. Poof Graphics are perfect Thanks so much Kent
