I'm using an unknown modem with the 537EP Acorp chip on the board. this driver did not work but may work for someone else.my mother board is a biostar running windows 98SE i will try the next driver for the same chipset and will get back to you all on this one Thanks Bruce

The driver worked well for me. Original drivers with install didn't and I thought I wouldn't be able to use this card but his driver solved all problems
