Missing several files tiacxGEN.bin tiacxRMX.bin tiacxSN.bin and tiacxMX.bin. Calls to MFG no help either same files as their site. What now

By the time I have found this site I have been able to use the recovery disk that came with the computer which was a Pavilion 8201 so I do not know if this works but I have downloaded it successfully.
