Thanks sooo much Kat. Followed your instructions they worked perfectly.I found the 620ST was working fine for me under 2000 so was very very frustrated when it wouldn't work under XP at all.

Did not work for me. This was for an onboard NIC and the only clue as to what I had on the mb was a chip that included the label RTL8201L or RTL8201I. Tried this driver and when I went to install it it there was 3 inf files but none of them worked for me. Decided that given the price of network cards to disable on board NIC and install a new card which included Win98 drivers.It may work better for you.
