MOST PEOPLE SAY THIS DRIVER WON'T WORK. THE SYSTEM SAYS DEVICE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY OR DEVICE WON'T START. TO SORT THIS OUT ENSURE THAT IN YOUR COMPUTERS BIOS THE SETTING THAT SAYS ASSIGN IRQ TO PCI VGA IS SET TO ON. WHEN I DID THIS IT WORKED PERFECTLY. GOOD LUCK

I have been fighting with this modem all day using Windows ME yeah I know ME sucks but this driver is the BESTIt worked IMMEDIATLYIt was odd though that it shows the modem on comm port 6......never would have thought to use that port.Thank you
