to hard to find on cannon usa web site shame on them like others i dont have this printer but am helping a non geek out would think about not buying cannon eq with the support i saw from them and that is my nice answer YES IT DID WORK 4 32 A.M. the sunday april 14 friend had to print copy of mailed in tax forms for 3 friends
