works fine in w2k. just unzip to a subdirectory plug in the dvc80 and let windows find the new hardware. when prompted for a driver point to the subdir you created and it should pick it up.

Have not needed to us the bios upgrades as I am not using sata drives yet when I get them I will need to used them for Sata Raid.NOT INSTALED

Driver seems to work fine ....however sometimes modem will not disconect. Don't think this is a driver problem I just recently upgraded from Windows 98 to 2000 and from Netscape 4.75 to 7.1..Anyone out there who can help Is it perhaps my Netscape settings

I did not rate this driver as it may have been the wrong one for my card and it did not work. There was no install or setup application included which may have added to the lack of operation.
